I’ve taught Everyday Safety through workshops that give people the skills to notice what others miss, act quickly, and make inclusion visible. My golden rule: If you notice the gap, close it.
Recent work includes serving as Training Partner on a multi‑billion‑DKK project at Fujifilm, delivering 1.8M DKK in savings in two months by tightening role‑based onboarding and removing noise. At DXC Technology, I helped reduce onboarding time and triple delivery output through values‑led facilitation and clear role alignment.
My experience spans pharma, IT, agriculture, municipalities, and the service industry, each with unique challenges and perspectives. This breadth lets me adapt quickly and translate complex needs into clear, actionable training and cultural transformation strategies.
